As an exterminator you don't seem to know much about turtles. Moving them is not the same as knowing something about them. You should check out some of the great science based fresh water turtle sites out there. You would be doing the world a service by providing good information about turtles.

its better to pick snappers up by the tail and let them bight on a cloth that is deacently clean then they easily tame in my experiance

Snapping turtles only snap when they are hunting for food, or when they think they are under attack, like in this case where somebody is messing around with a boad peddle to provoke a defensive reaction. The only bite when you let them bite. Snapping turtles fall in the same category as any wild animal . If you don't know how to handle them, then don't touch them.
