This video will show you how to multiboot Windows XP and Seven together in a dual-boot environment, when Seven is already installed on your computer.

This video assumes:
- Windows Seven is already installed.
- There is forty-five Gigabyte hard disk space.
- You have your drivers ready to be installed.
- There is one hard disk installed on your PC.
- CD's are prioritised over your hard drives.

  • i get stuck on the only example you didnt show , how to asing a driveletter to that system reseverd thing. windows won't let me , i cant change it. Just not possible. ????????????????

  • @djmindtwister Go back into the computer management window as I showed you around 05:24 (in XP I'm assuming you're in right now - the procedure is the same), and then right click the reserved partition, and then hit 'Change drive letter or paths.' Then just chose a letter and click 'okay.'

    That's how to assign a drive letter mate. Hope this helped!!

  • Just install xp on a separate HD on your pc and press f9 on bootup and enter on xp Not windows 7 and it will load your os

  • hey i don't have the word (press any key to boot from cd) coming out after i restarting my laptop . i using toshiba satellite laptop. what the prob here? need press to the boot menu or?

  • @adrianlazlow2352 dude it is not possible to run 32 bit on an 64 bit computer thats why you had problems if you want it to work get a windows xp 64 bit cd and remove the old one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • What if you dont have system reserved and shouldn't you choose the F drive instead of system reserved at 13:16
