Before you even try this, there are 3things you must acknowledge:
-You must want to be hypnotized
-You have to believe you an be hypnotized
-You cannot do anything that you don't want to do

Before you tell me I don't know what I'm doing, you go do all the research i've done, including going to how stuff works and looking at their article on hypnosis, being hypnotized many times, reading stories of inductions, studying inductions, look at other videos that claim to hypnotize you, and actually hypnotize soemone yourself.
