Chef David Payne shows you how to smoke Kansas City style baby back ribs using Char-Broil's NEW Pinch Of Sizzle™ line of brines, marinades, rubs, and sauces.
@darrylhaynes We recommend using a basting brush with a chain because they will last longer and are easier to clean than standard bristle brushes. Bristle brushes can also sometimes remove any dry rubs that may have been added to your food.
Very nice. I have had good luck smoking baby back ribs in a Smokeshack smoker oven. Sometimes I soak the pork in apple juice before smoking it and it turns out pretty good. Take a look.
why did you mop with a chain.??????
