This was one of my favorite Sesame Street sequences. That he didn't know he was a gorilla really cracked me up — and still does. Thanks for posting this.

@fukimotoz : Thank God for the internet. A place were we can produce our owns shows without having to worry about uncreative corporate clowns ruining it.

@pazzensutra Trust me, the creativity is there, but the television and animation industry has changed. Back then, animators could just make a cartoon with no outside interference and no corporate shmucks dictating what to do. These days animators are stifled by an office type system, with people in charge that are not creative and have no sense of humor.

for some reason I loved the way the chalk turned blue when he wrote on the white wall. I also liked the way he said "goil". Grrreat

For the question "why are there no cartoons like this anymore?" It is because that would take intelligence, wit and creativity. And oh yes, a good sense of humor. Four things that most people do not have in this day and age.......This is a really funny cartoon.
