Diablo sandwich:
1 lb hamburger
1 pkg taco seasoning
1cup corn
1cup diced tomatoes (canned)
3/4 cup water
Brown meat and drain. Add taco seasoning, water, tomatoes and corn. Simmer 1/2 hr or longer. Serve on toasted buns with a dollop of sour cream and lettuce. You can add some cayenne if you like it hot.
This is delicious! I found the recipe online.
