Manning isnt overratted. But if it is counted in Postseason, yes he is... Hes made the post season 6 years out of 8... and 1 superbowl?! Brady has made it to the Superbowl 4 times, won 3, and in the last game had it robbed from him by great offence from the Giants but poor defending by the Patriots. 3 rings to 1. Eat it chumps, Brady is 2 years younder than Manning, and has 2 more superbowls.
