  • Nice work! Did you build the engine too? Can you tell us more about building the engine? What size brass shim, how did you form and solder, etc?

  • @sciencetoymaker @sciencetoymaker My english is not the best one, because i live in Finland, but maybe you underestant something: I buy the engine some museum. It was some kind of building kit. Kit inculed : pipes, candleholder,and boiler parts. I haved to tin-plate everything to gether. Everythingh else i built my self. The hull is canned food can. I buy it from store. I maded cabin all my self, it is plastic. I just cut right size pices, and then i paint them.

  • @sciencetoymaker i glue them with hot glue. i maded rudder my self too.I take right size metal pipe and glued in the back of the boat. Then i but a smaller metal pipe throught that what was already glued in the boat. Then i bend smaller pipe in the good shape. Last i glued plastic piece in the pipe.
