PLEASE READ (Disclaimer: Please be careful and smart when doing these exercises as I am not responsible for any damages/injury) Summary: Check yourself, before you wreck yourself.

SOOOOOO...

Before trying this video make sure to:
1. Stretch
2. Have water handy
3. GO AT YOUR OWN PACE!! (The only reason I did it this fast was to fit in a full circuit workout as fast as possible).
4. Go through the motions first and make sure you are doing it right before you focus on x of reps or you may hurt yourself or rob yourself of a proper workout.
5. Have fun and be patient with yourself.

NEXT WORKOUT will be MONDAY and will be much more helpful to you if you buy a Swedish Ball on Amazon or a local store so you will be prepared to do all the exercises covered.

Circuit Breakdown

Jumping Jacks --- 15 Seconds

Pushups:
Diamond Pushups x5
Regular Pushups x5
Wide-Stance Pushups x5
(If needed, modify these pushups)

Jumping Jacks --- 15 Seconds

Mountain Climbers --- 15 Seconds

Modified Ab Reach --- 15 Seconds
Extended Ab Reach --- 15 Seconds

Jumping Jacks --- 15 Seconds

Mountain Climbers --- 15 Seconds

Stationary Lunge --- 10 Reps per leg

Squat Jumps --- 15 Seconds

Plank --- 20 Seconds

Take a 2 minute rest, Start over. Go for 15 minutes

  • wow i fail so badly cant even do modified pushups but i do them even if it hurts after i do it cause im a fatty so yeah i got the worst arms for these.

  • I am as out of shape you could be while being a healthy weight. My muscles are mush so I plan on doing this so that i can actually be of use...
