Overview: Bill and Lizzie's engagement party ends shockingly as Bill is arrested for securities fraud. Phillip gives his son up to the police. James caves and admits his crimes. Matt offers a helping hand to Vanessa and is frustrated when Billy tries to push him away. Ashlee is stunned that Daisy didn't come forward. Beth viciously lashes out at Phillip. Bill is angry with James. James shocks Lizzie and Bill when he refuses a lawyer. Billy and Vanessa railroad Phillip. Daisy confronts Phillip. Buzz and Phillip share an emotional man-to-man on the Towers rooftop. Beth plans to get help from Alan.
