Powerdesk has been doing this for years and Directory Opus had been doing it since way back in the days of the Commodore Amiga. Nothing new but certainly much better than MS's lame system.

In vista you just open the file your file you want to transfer is in and then on the side is like a Treeview i guess then you pic were you want to move the file then just drag and drop.
