  • useless...first and foremost beginners training for a marathon should avoid speedwork for at least six months focusing more on Long slow distance (LSD) allowing the previously untrained muscles to adapt to future running...expert village is awful...if you want expert running advice seek out the real experts such as Galloway, noakes, danials...not someone who is going to lead you down a possible dead end...
