Why's it always the case in wars, you use best of overstatement when you talk about enemies' number of troops and use best of understatement when you talk about your own troop number. All religions (like Sikhism, Zoraostrianism, Islam, unlike spiritural-based ways of living like Buddhism, Confucianism, Taoism) call for matyrdom, EVEN Christianity.
