The look that crosses between Sister and Brother (the Thorpes) is not right!! Isabella looks like the flirting type if you know what I mean! How rude!! She was talking!! Mr. Tilney doesn't come off as false; much less his sister, But; knowing how I was then/shes alot like me; I would have believed them. How rude!! Almost ran down that poor man!! Thats one against him for me. Besides the way he was looking at Catherine while shes was dancing; and at the bookstore. I would've grabbed those reins.

not even in the 1800 i would walk alone in desolated places with wird people just because they smile at you doesn't mean they won't hurt you. specially someone you just meet.

He's just lied to her and he speaks to her like he's the wise old man. Turkey. They deserved to get rained on. She should have gotten down but she's not used to liers and feels the child. The sister is in league with her brother pretending that Catherine is so pretty to her brother. It's a good lesson to learn. People who flater you for their own ends shouldn't be trusted.
