@stellabelle DCA is outlawed by the state. There are companies right now that sell DCA illegally online in spite of the ban. In a free market, there would be easy access to DCA.

I wouldn't mind chipping in a couple of dollars of my taxes... now multiply that by the population of Canada, you just got yourself a publicly funded clinical trial. But you know what, i'm sure the pharmaceutical lobby have taken great care that such a thing doesn't happen, by making politicians vote for laws that actually make a publicly funded clinical trial illegal (i.e. unfair business practice towards them). Otherwise the government would have already done something.
