This Airbus A380 add-on is from Wilco. Start with demo of operating Flight Management and Guidance Computer (FMGC) and the Multifunction Control and Display Unit (MCDU), then a short test run of the Airbus A380 super jumbo including takeoff, climb, procedure turn, approach and landing. The focus of every FSX video is precision in operations, like approach with accurate glide path, touchdown exactly on aiming point marking and nose gear perfectly on centerline, engage/disengage reverse thrust at right moments, etc...

@Zain1089 Did you use autopilot for takeoff? A smooth takeoff should be done manually.

@Merkurs95 I just used Fraps to record the replay from several standard views in FSX. When I land of course I just use cockpit view.

@limagabriel68 This is well known problem in Wilco model which has been discussed in several threads before. Also the reverse thrust is wrongly modelled.
