i tell you easy way. use equilibrium spell and damage yourself and than use your restoration spells and its double kill.

This helps you only if your restoration level is below ~50. And If you do this with adept level spell, it will do faster, but anyway too long at ~60 level of restoration.
Also you can do this trick with spikes, that hurt player, when he touches them.

You can get Equilibrium from the last quest of the College Of Winterhold Quest series, from the Labyrinthian. Thumbs up so people can see!

It's easier to go to the courtyard in High Hrothgar and stand in the whirlwind.
