Is a tool used to mark, align and target then quantify the effects of these quantum potential weapons which are used to manipulate the atmosphere and to set off earthquakes.

Sightings of these long lasting AND short trailed flights is a certain signal that 'situational awareness' flights are required for ongoing/present weather modification in a required theatre of operation. Each and every flight has purpose.

Upwards of half of these weather modification flights leave NO trail whatsoever. These 'invisible' aircraft are used to create or suppress a 'vertical electrical current' in the atmosphere so as to suppress or enhance storm development.

Most planes employed in this work are purchased from commercial aircraft manufactures and painted up like airliners so they can 'fit-in' with regular commercial traffic.

An agreement must exist allowing airlines to schedule and to 'sell back' payload capacity to The Powers That Be so more chemtrail materials can be made airborne as required by the mission.

All passenger and freight airlines are aware & participate in this program.
All air traffic personnel are aware.
All branches of the Military are aware.
The EPA is aware.
The FAA is aware.
NASA knows
All NATO aligned governments are aware.
All aircraft manufactures are aware.

The Private FED-eral Banking System pays the bill. You pay for it through dollar currency inflation.

When you look at a chemtrail u can see it spread and leak certain substances.

This could be alot of things.

1 thing is sure its not good for any lifeform

some people say there are elektro magnatic parts in these trails to be able to spread the usage of haarp, who knows and what are you gna do about it.

I read Scott's detailed explaination. Someone recently told me that they "heard" that Chemtrail "X"s were to "mark where nuclear powerplants are, and that the X marked that it looked secure." I never laughed so hard in my life at that baloney excuse that the media "leaked" out. What does concern me is the cost of the jet fuel to fly these missions. Hundreds per day, plus a crew of no less than 2 or 3 per job. WHO the hell is paying for this monkey business? Look in the mirror.
