Was this en El Bulevar..? My husband is from Veracruz..and we went to the Aquario and the Malecon..It was beautifull! Como Veracruz no hay Dos!My favorite part was Boca del Rio..beach.

Yes! All the clips in this video are from one parade, the parade runs twice daily for about 4-5 days of carnival from Downtown Veracruz along the coast to Boca del Rio city limits. Carnival 2008 starts today (Jan 29,2008) so maybe I will make a new vid this year.
