Loco IV at Independence Lake - a Local 101 disc golf event

Here are a few quick highlights from the first event held on the new Chuck D. Memorial course at Independence Lake park in Washtenaw Co., MI. Highlights include an awesome jump putt by Mike Henry (off of a log!) some sweet drives by Al Sugar Schack, plenty of wind, a few wet discs, and some antics on the play structures. Eventually we'll boil down our ninety minutes of footage and tell the full story of the event in a future episode of Disc Golf Live video magazine.

Just fyi It is not the Chuck D Memorial course, its the red hawk course

@g0ing2n0where - True that. But for the folks who put this one in, we still call it the Chuck D. as it was called when this piece was completed. County eventually came up with Red Hawk as the official name. Thanks for watching.

Unbelievable tournament. I saw an upshot get caught up in that wind, rise about 35 feet, turn over and then land farther from the basket than the original lie.
