@xvrhernandez349 Well, it's better than a normal FWD car for sure but it's not a 4X4 truck....I have 2 Audis with quattro and find i have never needed the extra ground clearence that you get with the XC70, but have heard nothing but good things about theses later models. Earlier XCs had crap AWD system that couldn't fully lock up both axels so couldn't make it up a snowy hill.

i think i want an XC70. my neighbors go camping all the time & invite my family. anyone who has one. good "offroad" car??

@marines081 You should check it though, the Viscous gets a bit laggy when it gets older, Mine is still good though.

Happy to see you do this little test drive in the beach sand from a stop.
I have an XC70 on my mind (I periodically need AWD).
Looks like a nice place where I'd hang out (if allowed) to windsurf & kitesurf.
Actually would love to know where that particular spot is. I think I may have been there at one point traveling through NL. I'm thinking: the West side of the Afsluitdijk.
Happy memories of windsurfing and icesurfing in Friesland, years ago :)

In the north west of The Netherlands, the beach is part of the Waddenzee.
