We were at Knoebels for a family gathering. My sister had taken her children on the Antique Cars, while Grammy&I waited. She looked over, pointing to the Phoenix, & said, "I want to ride that!" She'd been in declining health, but was becoming more active with going to Senior Daycare everyday. She was adament about riding. She was scared, but loved it! She hadn't been on ANY kind of amusement ride since the 1950's!! She made the best out of her last year with us! Miss you Grammy!

Dude. She's 91.
I dont exactly think that exposure to those kinds of weight shifts are good for her body.
On the other hand, it is nice to see someone her age on a rollercoaster. :D

She was born 1/23/1915. Sadly Grammy passed away New Year's Eve, 2006 (not while riding a roller coaster, though). I did pray to God that day that it was in his hands and if it was her time to go, it's her time to go. I believe that was the most exciting year of her 91 years!
