This is well known Scottish song, called "Highland Mary" by Robert burns (in 18c), but original tune should be much older and it was called "Katharine Ogie".
Actually, when "The Scots Musical Museum III" was published in 1788 by Johnson & Burns, this tune is listed as "Katharine Ogie", even though Burns himself edited this.
