The Federal system is what he is taking about. He does not want Iraq split into separate countries but into seperate states with a central government in Bahgdad much like what we have here. This is the same system installed in Bosnia and it seems to be working there.  Please spread the word and let people know about Joe Biden's plan.

Isn't he suggesting a Federal system like what the US has with its different states? I don't think he wants to split up the country like what happened in India, the Soviet Union and Yugoslavia, does he? That would be disastrous. Better if Iraq stayed as one nation but they should decided their own fate. The US and the rest of the World should not meddle but finance their reconstruction. No more foreign troops on Iraq.

Well, i thnk you can never elect a perfect President cuz it's just too complex of a job for one person to do well. It's easier to look at the incumbent President's record then choose which among the front-runners will best serve as a BETTER President. I wouldn't trust any of them but your vote should be more on who's the best compromise, the lesser of 2 evils.

i can't understand why Americans complain about the Democrats when they are one of the pillars of their democracy? Weaken one pillar and the house may fall during a storm. If you had only one group in power, it would no longer be called a democracy. Who cares if it came from Demo or Rep? Just look at the facts and decide from there if its the right or wrong thing to do for the World, not just the US. It also helps if you listen to what the MAJORITY are saying.

Don't you think you have to start somewhere? That's what politics is all about: compromise. You can't have investigations left-and-right. You'll probably do more harm than good. Better to take little steps than big steps, so long its in the right direction. i do agree with you though on your last point.

Power elite run the world, all this passion is pointless. if biden really wanted to get real he and others could address the federal reserve lie and the supreme court bush election snow job. but that will never happen. as long as real issues remain invisible we are bound to be repeating these crimes forever.

And WHY IS THAT? Could it be because the Democrats and their allies in the media have maintained a non-stop propaganda war against Iraq since the day we started? Could it be because we've seen a TOTAL MEDIA BLACKOUT of any positive stories coming out of Iraq?

Nice strategy. Systematically DESTROY the public's support, then say "Oh my gosh, the support has eroded!"
