I'm betting ur a big guy..not in shape but in the waist cause that's a HORRIBLE way to make a protein shake..all you need is water, protein and a mixer ..like people said for flavor add a fruit...nd if ur really looking for energy add blue berries or coco water nd some almond butter nd your good to go.

you may fool yourself into thinking that is healthy but it's really not. ALOT and alot of calories in that. if you want proteins just blend it with water or milk....if you want a tasty smoothie with proteins just mix couple of fruits with some unflavoured protein powder and some milk, turkish youghurt or something else healthy...and not juice! 1/2 liter of juice is not healthy.

if your skinny and trying to gain weight and build muscle this video is right for you but if you are trying to lose weight and tone up like myself.........you shouldn;t make protein shake like this .....i;m not saying your protein shake is crap....im sure it taste great but it has so much calories....like around 30% of my daily calorie intake...

whats funny peeps is i was just playing around with my new FLIP camera when i made this... so i use Almond milk,chocolate protein powder,peanut butter,cinnamon,honey,ice,flax seed,apple cider vinegar.
