Unmarked Patrols in Escondido California

on December 16th 2009 I started seeing unmarked patrol vehicles policing our city of Escondido, California. The purpose is not immediately obvious so I can't imagine why they are necesary? What are they expecting?

@tony6194 Yes you seem to have an idea of what fear is, but it is the lack of LOVE. I don't know how deep you can go into what this reality really is. There are a lot of illusions happening here, laws, government(mind-control), religion, borders, etc... All of these separate people instead of finding ways of bringing us together.

@joelito101 Fear, sorry I dont understand what you are trying to say. I will just leave it like that. Fear are the gangmembers, sexual predators and drug dealers roaming the city of escondido. Those are the topics that should be written on your blogs. Escondido PD is here to serve mankind, no matter was ethnic they are. So are the topics that you should be concerned about, not towing a car legally cuz the violator doesnt have a license.
