This is new construction in Hallsville, Texas. Hallsville has a population of about 2,500 and is 15 miles east of Longview, Texas in Far East Texas.
The customer is building a strip center and the laundry will be 37' X 65' (2,405 sq/ft) on the end cap of the center.
We will start with Huebsch Galaxy 400 series front load washers. There will be 2-60LB, 2-40LB & 2-30LB washers and 14 of the Huebsch Horizon soft mount, ADA compliant high speed extract washers. The plumbing racks will be built to add 6 additional front load washers as the business grows and the population increases.
We will use 5-Huebsch 45 pound stack dryers and 5-Huebsch 30 pound stack dryers.

  • I spoke with the customer. The dirt work should start and finish this week. The foundation will be poured and then the building will start. We hope to have this store open by March. I'll keep updating.

  • How is this project coming. When is the next video.

  • @shrtypmp I'll have an update Tuesday. Thanks for watching the videos. Are you learning anything new?

  • @shrtypmp The customer is still waiting on getting the dirt work done. He hopes to have it completed this week. The building has been purchased and will go up quickly after the dirt work is done and the foundation has been poured.

  • @CoinLaundryUSA Wow, this is amazing! Is it more expensive to start a laundromat from scratch or to buy one that is already operating? I've been looking around and some of these places are going for 800k to 1mil. I'm brand new to all of this but I'm excited to learn more!

  • Yes i am learning alot. Your video are helpful. I want to build a laundromat from the ground up.
