Black n Grey Tattoo shading basics

first Black n Grey piece in a long time, little rusty but if i can pull off a half assed piece with a $20.00 shader , upside down and twisted in a very uncomfortable position , you can do it. matching needle stroke, speed and washes to do B&G shading.

so when ur doin black and grey tattoos do you only use black and deluted black or do you have a couple shades of grey

why don't you just use a thermal copier? thats what i do

i have been tattooing for 30 years , i have worked in many tattoo studios over the years and worked 100's of conventions, and your telling me NO artists use thermal copiers to make their stencils, is that what your saying?

@CHASCHARLTON gee like i didnt see this coming , as i said artist , i didnt say tattooist , as in someone who pumps out flash in a meat factory. look at any ARTIST doing a PORTRAIT and show me a thermal fax . not only does it not allow you make your own markings the ink is inferior . if you want to have this discussion why dont you do it on the right video .

@TATTOOTRAINING I had the same problem with people like that when I was starting out. No one wanted to give me an apprenticeship, because most tattooers suck and are afraid of the many artists with actual skills that are picking up the craft. you better get your game up buddy__because there are a lot of damn good artists coming in the game
