i beg to disagree. that's selection bias (naks stats mode!)

the sampled population is relatively insignificant in size compared to the target population, i.e. don't base your judgments on such a small percentage of the Filipino community. i can assure you there are lots of good singers in Pinas (swear). maybe just not the ones you've met lol
