how are you able to do Another procedure// must have great insurance. I have torn miniscus in both knees and arthritis in both and my neck. Doc says I'm too young for knee replacement just yet but I WILL need it. What did you do to get the surgery approved?? I gotta get this weight OFF my knees. Thanks

i had the rny last February 1st and i was afraid of the pain and it did hurt quite a bit but the medicine helps take the edge off but the pain was totally worth the outcome. The worst of the pain was the first 3 days in the hospital and after its just really sore an dit hurts to move in certain ways buy after about a 2 week it didnt hurt at all just would get sore quick if i was moving alot but id do it again if in a heartbeat

thanks @youarejig I am very nervous I have less than two weeks to go and I am on the liquid diet.... I don't want to change my mind and regret it but I am soooo scared it's going to hurt so bad I had the lap band and a c-section but for some reason I am very nervous for this....

@lady..... My insurance is only covering it because I have been in the dr office for my lapband 32 times in one year. I guess they figure I am costing them more this way.... I still need to do some clearances from my dr's before they even submit it to my insruance company so it's not in stone just yet
@paco I remember the lapband being painful the first few days but not excruciating. THanks for the advice.... I definitely think it will be worth the pain!
