Our project from the NSF REU Summer Research project in the summer of 2008. Here is an explanation:

These wireless sensors communicate constantly with each other to determine which one is closest to the light source. This is indicated by the yellow LED. The second closest is indicated by the green LED and the third closest is indicated by the red LED. These are manufactured by crossbow technology and run on the TinyOS.

  • did you buy these sensors with the routers? I'm trying to do a similar project but use other sensors like accelerometers and vibration/shock....where do u buy these?
