yeah dude... my sister and girlfriend fear for their lives because they have chronic illnesses and their insurance THROUGH THEIR JOBS ... won't pay for their drugs because of pre-existing conditions... but creating a public option that would make their lives livable is COMMUNISM.... yep republicans keep being the worst people in the country... keep it up.

@peterphilip Here is the problem with what you're saying. Because there is an undertone in there. Right now this second your sister and girlfriend have a public option. Right this very minute. Obama Care as you want to call it does not take effect until 2014. When you left this message it was 2010. Can you afford the public option? You can be a cash patient.

Sir PintoMan, with all do respect I dont think you read what I have wrote. Did you see anywhere about not paying? That is why I pay my TAX. Ohh and one more thing. We r a social animal living in a civilized society and we all chip in lilbit so that everybody can enjoy the benefits. I DO NOT want my TAX money to go in WARS and I dont have kids still paying for School district Tax. So WE ALL PAY for things that we may or may not want to pay. Hope you understand.

I think it's a little bizarre to be calling people who advocate single payer healthcare "obamabots" when Obama has taken single payer off the table. How does that work?

You can not take the greed out of insurance companies. Health care in my and most of us's opinion is a civil right. Public option is mandatory. No REFORM without PUBLIC OPTION. You can not stop insurance companies to form cartel (which is illegal). If you ever heard of game theory or nash equillibrium than you would not oppose public option. Health insurance is a civil right and public option is a maral option.
