@IH8WRONGPPL i just dont think you understand the philosophy behind supporting the troops. you support them or you dont theres no 2 ways almost like a devoted sports fan. cause you dont like a conflict doenst mean you should not support the troops. besides they are doing way more humanitarian aid then civilian damage. as well i think you should look up how the military structure works and why alot of people join. you can just opt out of a certain war and off you go. only if your a reservist

@IH8WRONGPPL a true canadian supports the troops no matter what.. regardless of where they are sent. you are supporting the humans defending the country not the government. use proper wording and say you dont support the governments actions. once ure enrolled in the army you cant go awol without going to jail.. a smarter troop would stick to his goals and not pussy out like you would

I do and don't support our troops. I do when they are doing things that are for the good of CANADA, and I don't support them being in Afghanistan.

I think the smarter troops should just quit the mission, and come home, go AWOL or whatever they have to do, they are free, let them do what THEY feel is right.

Unfortunately, most of them, as well as civilians, are brainwashed with "Oh Canada Bravado" that are troops are god's gift to man, and they are doing the "right thing", i say bull shit.
