Les Claypool was in Primus. What are you talking about a half notch lower than primus. What kind of measurment is that. Half step is a measurement, is that what you meant. And are you trying to tell me that primus always used the exact same tuning. If so your wrong on that one, tuning varies from song to song, especially since LES CLAYPOOL(yes, of primus) uses 4 string, 6 string, and stand up bass. I kinda know bass, but based on your comment, I dont think you do.
