Why not get "Balance" in to the discussion? "Balance" is in everything so why not this issue? Get employees both current and former who do not have a financial insentive to "big McDs up" to add to the argument
As a former employee of McDs, I can categorically confirm that this description is accurate. Bullying by senior memebers of staff while not everywhere, was an ominous presence in the workplce too. Roughly £250 a fortnight after tax was my wage.
