I used weed to quite. I smokes cigs for ten years. I quite by taking a few puffs off of a blunt whenever I craved a cigarette. I did this during a vacation from school. After about a month cigarettes didnt cross my mind anymore. I smoked about 30 to 50 puffs of weed a day in the beginning, and near the end it was just around 5 puffs a day. Then when it was time to go back to school I stopped the weed, cause I dont get high while taking classes. Never smoked cigs again. 5 years smoke free :)
