Bring The Knife - 1st 7 inch

Bring The Knife is a face-ripping metal band from Boston. They just released their self-titled first EP on Thrashachusetts Records.

The band grew from the ashes of Boston's Destruct-A-Thon, a nine-year project that closed shop in 2009 after killing everyone at that years WBCN Rock N' Roll Rumble.

Duncan Wilder Johnson -- a longtime singer and spoken word artist who shared the stage with such luminaries as Jim Carroll, Jello Biafra, and Marky Ramone -- fronts Bring The Knife like a possessed and highly energetic hybrid of Johnny Rotten and Spiderman.

Eman Pacheco, formerly of Guernica and We're All Gonna Die, plays drums. Pattie The Gimp and Zay Dohse play guitar and bass, respectively.

The Knife recorded their 6 song EP at New Alliance in Cambridge, Massachusetts with veteran knob twiddler Ethan Dussault (Cave In, Garrison, Lock and Key) at the helm.
