Walkaround of a nice 1972 Corvette coupe in rare war bonnet yellow.

Code correct War Bonnet Yellow exterior, code correct Saddle vinyl interior. Numbers matching 200hp 350ci engine, automatic transmission, posi rear-end. Assembled on September 23, 1971, this rare War Bonnet Yellow 1972 Corvette has many new parts, and has COLD AIR CONDITIONING! Paint on this car looks to be older, and is probably the weakest part of the car, although it still shines well. Original chrome bumpers show some light scratches and some patina, but are in good condition with no rust or dings. Original chrome exterior door handles show some light pitting, but have strong return springs. Original taillights are in fair original condition, showing typical light cracking. Weatherstripping is brand new and in excellent condition. This 1972 Corvette wears rally wheels, which are in good condition with good condition trim rings and center caps. Tires are radial raised white letter, and show approximately 40% treadlife remaining. When glancing into the interior of this car, it's obvious that several thousand dollars have been recently spent making the inside of the car look like new. This includes new seat covers, loop carpet, deluxe style door panels, and seatbelts. Gauges, storage bins, and dash pad are in excellent condition; center console and steering wheel are in very good condition. A Clarion DB155 CD stereo has been installed in place of the original AM/FM radio, and original t-top bags are present also. The original engine in this car shows casting date November 11, 1971, and wears a GM intake manifold and Quadrajet carburetor. A pricey aluminum radiator has been installed to ensure that this Corvette's engine keeps its cool. This car's frame is solid and rust-free. Although 2,550 War Bonnet Yellow cars were made in 1972, very few survive in their correct color as most of them have been repainted Red or Black. Stand out from the crowd at your next Corvette show and pick this beauty up today! Factory features include air conditioning, tilt-n-tele, power steering, power brakes, AM/FM radio, automatic transmission.
