send Sir Arthur into the hidden Underworld in Capcom's Ghosts 'n Goblins (Nintendo version) with this bug. found at the end of Level 3 (Yellow Cave-Blue Cave) after killing the Snake Dragon: stand under the left side of the key as it falls, duck down, then jump to the left (off ledge) after key touches you. since you are a little below the now open exit door, you will not go in and continue running to the right. welcome to the underworld!

  • Wow I would have been really pissed in the 80's after finally beating level 3 and that goddamn dragon just to have this happen. I would have probably broken something.

  • @Luigi84289 old school gamin ftw. ;) i put up a couple other GnG bug videos since u commented on it. check out the GhostNGoblins (NES) - Bug 3 & Illusion Ending video. peace!

  • wow i thought of this but i couldnt figure out how to grab it and jump to the lower level, i thought it was too far away you can do this on stage 4 and 5 also using the ladder. i'll make a vid.

  • yea lots of bugs in this game. half the fun of the oldschool gamin was finding bugs and codes. peace!

  • I didn't remember that the palette changed to blue.

  • yea...i'm pretty sure i let this run once for a few hours and video taped it to see if there were other palette changes. thanks for the comment. ;)

  • @DTysonator Or even just skipped level 4. That in and of itself would be one of the most useful warps ever found for any game.

  • endlessly

  • O_o it continues more??

  • That's pretty damn amazing, DB.

  • Great find! It would have been even greater if this path could have lead Arthur to the very end, seeing as how the game is so damn evil!
