How to make a custom brush (cool effect)

In this tutorial I'll teach you how to make a custom brush. I'll make a techno music like effect using the some pretty untraditional filters! Lens Flare, Glowing edges, extrude and I'll teach you to make a brush out of this effect.

OBS I don't know why YouTube didn't convert it to HD?!? But if you watch it in fullscreen it's till very good quality.

Two questions,

at 2:31 you said "press...", what did you actually press to make that appear.

And, just after that, how did you change the size.

since it's a brush you just press with your left mouse button. To make a brush smaller or larger you use the bracket keys.
