Quick and easy hummus recipe!
1 15 oz. can of garbanzo beans, drained (save liquid!)
2-4 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
juice of half lemon
salt, pepper and parsley to taste
pitas (optional)
Mash ingredients together by hand for a more rustic hummus, or a food processor does the job quite nicely!
