Kay is a web framework made specifically for Google App Engine.

Memory: 4GB
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
Python: 2.5.4
GAE SDK: 1.3.3
Eclipse: 3.5
pydev: 2.3
Kay framework: 0.8.0
