  • @LostMYmind904 - You should download the full program (Ripped Abs and Chest programs) they will give all the information you are looking for. Other than that I would do the Ripped abs and Chest workouts 3X per week with one day off in between

  • Hi! Pleaaase answer :) My goal is to get a 4 pack or 6 pack, im only 15 years old but i still want a 4 pack. What should i do and how? Pleaase answer & BTW good video!

  • @1997iwasborn Hey 1997 - I hope all is well. Well the only way to get that 4-6 pack is nutrition - You need to have a healthy clean nutrition plan in order to get to where you want to be. Check out my Rapid Abs workout on youtube and download the program that it is linked to...that program has workouts and a nutrition plan - Good Luck - Funk
