PSP Semi-Brick (OUT OF DATE)

my friend thought he could unbrick it by putting the original flash 0 files on it but it was from the wrong firmware so now its fully bricked the green power light turns on for awhile then just turns off.

my psp has been FULLY bricked its firmware 3.80 m33-4 it got bricked by a vista theme from http://www.consolespot.net/index.php?network=xmb&page=5
it was "My Vista V3 Theme"

my psp would only turn for a few seconds then it turns off.. but i did what i had to download and keep holdigng r before turning on and nothing happens .... i just tried downrading my psp to 1.50 and it bricked ... how could downgragrading mess the whole thing up tell me what do i need to fix it
