Hello, I am Mark Mix President of the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation.

Today, I sent a Freedom of Information Act request to Federal Agencies demanding copies of Obama Administration personnel ethics pledges.

President Obamas Executive Order 13490 requires all Obama personnel to pledge:

As a condition, and in consideration, of my employment in the United States Government in a position invested with the public trust, I commit myself to the following obligations, which I understand are binding on me and are enforceable under law

The pledge requires that

All Appointees Entering Government will not for a period of two years from the date of my appointment participate in any particular matter involving specific parties that is directly and substantially related to my former employer or former clients, including regulations and contracts.

We requested copies of these pledges and any waivers granted by President Obama as a public service.

We intended to hold the numerous Big Labor Obama nominees to Mr. Obamas Executive Order.

When we receive copies, we will make them publicly available ate our website:

www.NRTW.org

In our request letters, we urge the Administration to make copies of these pledges and waivers easily available for the public.

It is important that, as the President said, people who enter the United States Government in a position invested with the public trust should refrain from using their positions to provide special favors to former employers, clients, and friends. Misuse of public positions of trust may skew enforcement and protections of U.S. laws designed to protect individuals from forced unionism.

At the Right To Work Foundation we will remain vigilant.

Thank you
