Without your faith in him Pete, he may well have ended up back in jail even sooner and on a longer sentance. Stable paid employment gives a man dignity and self respect, and without self respect, a man has nothing...i would say get him back on board as long as it benefits your business, and then everybody wins.. without you as an anchor in his new start, who know where he will end up with the prejudice people have these days, go for it big guy, if its a wrong choice then you can still fire him.

And thats exactly where My Friend Pete is in the world, to help others get ahead in life, no matter what their differances are it's my goal to PROVE---YOU CAN DO IT--Don't be a fool and think the work has come to an end, just because of a few mishaps in life. Everybody deserves as many chances as they can get to make it right for themselves and others. Take it easy---"IM STILL THINKING ABOUT IT"!!!!!

I've been looking at your videos for a good while now and seen a whole bunch of hired help come and go, and I gotta say Charlie was easily one of the better, if not the best. He's about five months ahead on the learning curve compared to hiring some random guy off the street, he seems to react well to your particular style of management (no offense), he genuinely seemed to be conscientious and meticulous in his work, and, last but not least, I THINK you said he'd have a job there when he got out

@swrnc No, not sure, that's why I said I THINK you said so. But you gotta agree, it sure sounds like something you might have said. Someone with a fresher memory is gonna have to confirm or dismiss it. Anyway, things change, situations develop and shit happens, it's your decision regardless of what you may or may not have said.
