J-Wu mixes the old school favorites "Tried by 12" from East Flatbush Project and "Passin Me By" from the Pharcyde at 4am after many games of Beirut (I have NO IDEA what I was doing with that record sleeve). "Tried by 12" is probably one of the greatest hip-hop songs ever (no disrespect to the Pharcyde)... Everytime you're out at a party or club or whatever, as soon as that first note hits all the hip-hop heads in the place will know what's going down.

Maybe they've missed capturing a moment? This was some random shit filmed in the wee hours of the morning. Could have easily been lost and never shared with people who appreciate both of these songs. True, lots of people mess around with this shit all day and night. But these songs have a lot of meaning to me growing up...
