Same thing happened to me with the Rogue PF. Totally disappointed in the head sculpt and paint job, couldnt get a replacement, had to pay for return shipping. Quality has gone down. Sad

that is straight up bs man, totally agree, theres no way a focal point of the figure is considered a minor imperfection esp when ur paying premium prices for these things. There must be diff policies for international customers cuz when i have a defect they tell me to "destroy" the figure and provide them with evidence then they will ship me out a replacement at no cost. If i had to pay return fees to SS i woulda found another dealer ages ago, good luck with the situation man, what a bummer.

i ordered 2 captain america's from sideshow and they both had crooked A's and chest stars. sideshow gave me the same runaround and they also wanted me to pay return shipping. i basically told them the same thing you said about how i shouldn't be penalized for hot toys' bad quality control. after a few back and forth emails of me bitching and moaning, they finally caved and sent me a prepaid return shipping label. you just have to keep complaining.

i feel ya my HT supes came in with a paint chip on the neck i was pissed off but thank god sideshow replaced it ....u should just scratch the paint off and say hey i got a paint chip on my head sculpt see if that works lol
