Squats: 45x8, 135x8, 185x5, 225x3, 275x1, 315x1, 335x1, 345x0, 345x1, 355x0
I would've had 350 in me if my form were perfect. My weight came forward on both 345 attempts, but I recovered it on the successful one. 355 was too heavy, though.

Deadlifts: 225x8, 315x3, 365x1, 405x1, 475x1 (so easy!), 515x0, 505x0
Got 515 off the ground, but couldn't get it to my knees. I honestly think I would've had it, had I not done the squats. 505 didn't even budge.

Bench: 115x8, 135x5, 185x3, (225x5)x2, 225x4 (previous PR - lost elbow tuck on 4th)
Second set of benching was a breeze; might've even had six in me. My ass is coming off the bench a bit, but it's not really a hitch that takes away from the lift. I just need to start using more of an arch.

  • Hey if you can get almost a 500lb deadlift how come your cleans are not like 240 275 I mean you have a strong back to do it nice work by the way

  • @kingcharelsyoung29 If I had perfect clean form, I would clean that much. However, there is much more to doing a clean than having a strong deadlift. It is about speed and form as much as it is about raw strength.

  • Yo nice job bro but a little advice... I have no idea why you are protracting your ass out like that, and 2ndly, I understand people like to go ATG but you are a tall skinny guy, going ATG for you is a lot lower than it is for people with thick legs. The further down you go the more your spine curves inward which isnt good. I would advise you dont go quite so low, theres really no benefits to going ATG as opposed to breaking parallel or just parallel. Nice job nonetheless tho!

  • @salawasweet1989 I respectfully disagree, and my flexibility has improved and I no longer round that way. I'm only 5'10" - I'm not THAT tall. I haven't uploaded any really recent squat videos, but I will soon. I haven't been using a belt and I haven't been letting my back relax.

    lower the weight and learn the form

  • @mattownsu1 I haven't worn a belt for two months, and my form has gotten much better since my Smoloving days where I sacrificed form to move weight. I no longer do that. My god, you are insecure.
