Atomic Pinball Clock

This clock reads time data from WWVB Atomic Clock data broadcast over radio waves. It then uses the upright display from an old pinball machine to show the time.

I had an odd feeling i'd hear the "pinball clock" chime noon, or midnight.

Interesting from a "do it cos you can" point of view, but all that racket every minute would cause it to be defenestrated real fast under any practical application as a timekeeping piece. :P

By the way, why does it go "chunk chunk chunk" to 9 and back for every minute change, but not when the hour changes?

interesting but from the video and description it's still not clear what is going on... obviously it's supposed to be displaying the time. How about some annotation in the video to explain what is happening?
